Are you some kind of hypnotist?

I grew a ton of peppers this year. Both of this variety, which is an Ancho, and Anaheims. But I have a problem, becuase while I love peppers I don't really like salsa (I hate tomatos) or chili (see tomatos).
These bad boys are starting to ripen and are ready for harvest but I have nothing really do to with them. Oh sure I could chop them up and find something to put them in but I'd really rather make something with them. I did a quick internet search and all I get are salsa and chili recipies.
Any suggestions?

This variety of nicotiana (flower tobacco) has giant sticky leaves and very sweet smelling, very long flowers. The scent is so powerful that you can smell it wafting through the air. It's a great plant and a great smell.

It's late summer and most of the flowers are finishing up, but these fall asters are just starting to come on.

This is the stem of the Voodoo Lilly. It's freaky and spotted.

This is the left over flower stalk of a voodoo lilly. Behind it is the stem. Earlier this spring the flower came up for a couple days and then it died. The stem and leaves are starting to come out now.
